Position Title: Regional Marketing Specialist

Location: 3 Locations
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a retail store setting.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist with a creative mindset and proven experience in retail marketing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. You must be innovative, capable of proposing new ideas to ownership, and driven to help shape the future of our brand.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing & Community Engagement:

    • Develop and implement community relations and marketing strategies that align with corporate and store visions.
    • Identify and manage opportunities for store events, partnerships, and community donations.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute successful in-store events.

  • Marketing Campaigns:

    • Develop action plans to meet store objectives.
    • Collaborate with regional managers on in-store marketing, including signage and collateral materials.
    • Analyze and report on marketing program success.

  • Brand Consistency & Innovation:

    • Maintain consistent branding and corporate image across all merchandising and digital channels.
    • Review market trends and customer preferences to influence branding strategies.

  • Digital & Social Media Management:

    • Create engaging content for social media, managing calendars, and growing online presence.
    • Update website content and oversee online shopping.

  • Graphic Design & Photography:

    • Design company branding assets, including packaging, apparel, and promotional materials.
    • Handle in-store photography and video content creation.

  • Media & Public Relations:

    • Manage relationships with local media and advertising outlets.
    • Organize and execute in-store and off-site events, including coordination of flyers, ticket sales, setup, and teardown.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing for a retail store, with a focus on community relations, event marketing, and campaign development.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with natural products or the health food industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce.
