We are seeking a Business Administrator to join our team You will perform leadership functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize an efficient church office
  • Budget preparation and oversight.
  • Accounting and bookkeeping
  • Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of church facilities
  • Acts as liaison with contractors and vendors
  • Facility management and scheduling
  • Oversees the church's data base
  • Supervise and support church staff and volunteers
  • Co ordinate and manage church communications

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years serving in a leadership role of a church or not-for- profit organization
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Moderate advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, graphics, website, social media and data management
  • Strong attention to detail
