Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize an efficient church office
- Budget preparation and oversight.
- Accounting and bookkeeping
- Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of church facilities
- Acts as liaison with contractors and vendors
- Facility management and scheduling
- Oversees the church's data base
- Supervise and support church staff and volunteers
- Co ordinate and manage church communications
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years serving in a leadership role of a church or not-for- profit organization
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Moderate advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, graphics, website, social media and data management
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
