Position: Operations Coordinator

 

ACI Hoist & Crane is seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in organizing operations, managing pricing strategies, and enhancing efficiency across various functions.

 

Job Description:

- Organize and streamline operational processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

- Update brochures and marketing materials on the company website to ensure accurate and current information.

- Conduct price comparisons and analysis to establish competitive pricing strategies.

- Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement work orders and procedures.

- Create and manage order sheets with minimum and maximum levels within NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.

- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet operational needs.

- Generate reports on operational performance, pricing trends, and inventory management.

- Maintain accurate records of pricing, orders, and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to operations and procurement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

- Proven experience in operations coordination, pricing analysis, or procurement roles.

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, NetSuite experience preferred.

- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

 

Compensation and Hours:

- Basis for unit of salary/pay: Hourly or Salary (depending on experience)

- Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.

- Hours per week: 40, with flexibility based on operational needs.

- Shift: Day shifts with occasional flexibility for project deadlines.
