Qualifications

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to push/pull up to 1000 lbs. on pallet jacks.

Must be able to use tools such as scissors, wire cutters, brushes, promoter, and tape.

Must be able to follow setup instructions (in English).

Must be able to climb ladders.

Must be flexible and willing to work in different areas based on current needs

Must be able to sit/stand in one area for 8 hour shift.

Must be able to work overtime/weekends when needed.

Must be able to drive forklift


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Know and understand Triangle’s handbook, procedures, and work instructions.

2. Be trained on all essential production positions, including Molding Machine Operator, Materials,

Shipping, and Quality Tech

3. Assist employees with Rockware calls and scrap entry as needed

4. Train / Qualify new employees and provide training elements to HR

5. Follow the schedule provided by the Supervisor and make adjustments where necessary based on

attendance and priorities.

6. Lead off shifts, including escalating any attendance, safety, or performance issues to Plant Supervisor or

HR

7. Work in various production departments based on current production needs.

8. Assist with basic level process troubleshooting (restart machines or similar tasks)

9. Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager or Plant Supervisor
