- Supervise and Assist Youth: Supervise and assist youth with their personal development and well-being, while promoting positive behavioral changes.
- Develop Individualized Care Plans: Work with a team to create individualized care plans for each youth, tailored to their unique needs and goals.
- Build Life Skills and Coping Strategies: Help youth build life skills, coping strategies, and problem-solving abilities to enhance their overall well-being.
- Lead Group Activities: Lead group activities for social and personal growth, promoting teamwork and camaraderie among youth.
- Monitor and Document Progress: Monitor and document youth behavior and progress, providing valuable insights for care planning and decision-making.
- Manage Crisis Situations: Manage crisis situations and apply de-escalation techniques when needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of youth and staff.

Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Age: Must be 21 or older.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and insurance required.
- Certifications and Background Checks: Must pass background, physical exam, drug test, and TB test.
Schedule and Pay:
- Full-Time: 1st Shift: 6 AM – 2:30 PM ($17.59), 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10 PM ($19.41).
- PRN (as-needed): 1st Shift: 6 AM – 2:30 PM ($15.00), 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10 PM ($15.00).
Additional Information:
- Weekend Shifts: Earn an extra $3 per hour.
- Rotating Shifts: Full-time staff work rotating shifts (4 days on, 2 days off for 1st/2nd shifts).
- On-call Duties: On-call duties and weekend work are required on a rotation.
