We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all accounting functions to support other office staff
  • Job Scheduling and production scheduling
  • Maintain and manage multiple email accounts and web correspondences
  • QUICKBOOKS Experience a must
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Multitask and perform all other office tasks
  • Manage and oversee AP & AR reports
  • Reconcile Month End Reports
  • Work with and oversee other employees
  • Executive Support for CEO

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in related commercial business field
  • Previous experience in office administration in fast pace production environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Purchasing of goods and services experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
