As the Dental Patient Coordinator Scheduler, you will schedule patients for treatment planned procedures and ensure that patients arrive for their appointments. Daily, you will assist patients' seeking treatment, effectively communicate to patients the needs of their oral health and scheduling patients. You will support and communicate clinical needs to our doctors, and administrative team.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Enthusiasm and Passion: You're eager to make a difference in patients' lives. An enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach towards work.
  • Professional Expertise: With 3+ years in the dental industry scheduling, you know the ropes and how to get patients scheduled and show up to their appointment.
  • Team Player: Collaboration with dentists and administrators.
  • Exceptional Communication: Your verbal and written skills are top-notch. Excellent human and time management skills. Strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented & Proactive: Managing time, solving problems are part of your DNA.

Requirements

3+ years’ experience working in the dental office scheduling is absolutely required.

  • MUST have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work as a team with dentists, and administrators.
  • MUST have 3+ years of patient scheduling/treatment presenting experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all dental patient scheduling, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Engage proactively and call to schedule new patients and ensure they attend their appointments.
  • Pursue and achieve goals related to patient attendance and clinical satisfaction.
  • Reach out to patients to schedule treatment-planned procedures.
