POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with patients to comprehend and embrace the proposed treatment plans, effectively coordinating these plans to align with both the patients' needs and the practice's operational schedule.
This role transcends typical front office responsibilities, demanding a high level of maturity, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail. While prior experience in dental, orthodontics, or pediatric dentistry is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting patient data into our practice management software.
- Exhibiting reliability, consistency, and self-motivation while managing multiple tasks in a bustling environment.
- Clearly articulating treatment options and associated costs, while maximizing patient benefits.
- Serving as a communication bridge between insurance providers and patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and skills, including:
- Exceptional customer service abilities and a proven track record of delivering outstanding patient care.
- Proficiency in navigating various computer applications efficiently.
- A keen eye for detail and comfort in a high-energy office setting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities and a commitment to completing tasks promptly.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and collaborate within a team.
- A minimum of one year of experience in the dental field, preferably in pediatrics.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
