PAY RATE: $17.00 per hour
HOURS: 8hr. shift between 7am to 7pm, Monday through Friday.
(Must be flexible for any shift within these hours)
Onsite for first day, then becomes fully remote
Job Responsibilities:
- As a Benefit Customer Service Representative you will have the rewarding opportunity to help our client plan participants through the enrollment process and when making updates to their health care and/or pension plans.
- Assist members of various organizations with enrollment in health benefit and pension plans
- Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in a respectful accurate timely manner
- Consistently meeting commitments with members via phone email and instant message
Required:
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer Service experience
• Good computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bilingual
