Job Summary:
We are seeking an Electrical Installer Supervisor to oversee operations at our Arvin, CA facility. This pivotal role involves leading a team to complete electrical installations within the factory, ensuring adherence to safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Production & Quality Manager, the Electrical Installer Supervisor will drive efficiency and excellence across production teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise and participate in electrical installations, including wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures & switches, circuit breakers, and interpretation of electrical drawings.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Maintain adherence to Quality Manual, building codes, and relevant regulations (HCD FBH 314).
- Lead the assembly of Plant Modules and Panels using best practices and SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to approved plans and shop drawings, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Minimize waste and implement quality assurance procedures effectively.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements to streamline processes.
- Prioritize health, safety, sustainability, and environmental considerations in all activities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation in the construction industry.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical installation supervisory role, preferably in residential, multi-family, or modular construction.
- Proficient in reading electrical blueprints, diagrams, and codes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
- Knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and scheduling.
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Effective time management and resource allocation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills.
- Competency in operating high-speed equipment while ensuring safety.
- Personal integrity, credibility, and dedication to excellence.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
