Job DescriptionJob Description

Improve IT of Atlanta is seeking a candidate with a background in a customer service role/call center environment. This person will be responsible for managing the call center workflow of the lead process. We are located in the Buckhead area within walking distance of the Buckhead Marta Station. Weekly pay and Bonuses, and Performance bonuses.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the target market
  • Identify and qualify leads for business development opportunities.
  • Use warm calling techniques to engage prospects and build relationships
  • Gather and document relevant information from each call for further follow-up
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Work as directed to fulfill organizational responsibilities of Improve IT

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Persuasive and confident phone presence
  • Ability to effectively navigate through objections and rejections
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience using a CRM software, Salesforce is a plus
