Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team The right candidate is someone who has multiple years of experience selling spices and / or food ingredients in bulk or packaged form. We supply import spices from our global vendors and distribute nation wide. You will be responsible for your own leads, resolving customer questions and offering solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell spices/ingredients to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers, minimum 30/week
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline 25th of every month
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, by coordinating with our logistics teams in house
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields within the SPICES AND FOOD INGREDIENTS INDUSTRY(S)
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
