As a Client Service Representative in retail sales, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, playing a pivotal role in ensuring each customer's visit is pleasant, informative, and productive. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the right products, addressing their inquiries, and facilitating smooth transactions. Your enthusiasm for customer satisfaction and your knowledge of our product range will contribute to driving sales and establishing a loyal client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Assist customers in making decisions and guide them through the sales process.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to appropriate channels when necessary.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including arranging displays and event locations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a positive experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, energetic demeanor, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
