Job DescriptionJob Description

The Print Production Coordinator responsibilities will include coordinating the production of the patient communications within the Production Department. The Print Production Coordinator will report to the Production Operations Manager. Being detail oriented, a self-starter, highly organized and having excellent communication skills are necessary to be successful in this position.

Normal working hours for this position are typically 7:30AM - 4:30PM, but can be flexibile if needed. Pay for this position is $18/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for printing all patient communications within internal and client specified service level agreements (SLAs), this includes letters, copay cards, debit cards and checks.
  • Ability to use variety of printers, including Datacard printer, Inkjet card printer and large scale printers with Prisma workflows
  • Review system dashboards and make adjustments to the coordination of priorities based on client SLAs to meet the day’s required production as indicated by the schedule and Production Operations Manager
  • Monitor ServiceNOW ticketing system tasks for movement to initiate First Off Press (FOP) process
  • After Lead initiation of fulfillment launch, completing and signing off on all assigned steps on the Launch Checklist
  • Maintain all relevant documentation related to instructions on producing patient communications and machine operations within the department
  • Demonstrate a full understanding of job responsibilities and processes in order to identify process improvements, and be able to communicate recommendations to next level manager
  • Participate in meetings and communication internally and externally as necessary

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or 1+ years of experience in print production
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically and problem solve
  • Quick learner and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • General understanding of FileMaker and SQL a plus
  • Knowledge of HIPAA
