We are currently seeking to hire a Jewelry Boutique Salesperson to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the daily responsibilities of running a small yet prominent boutique that sells designer jewelry and home design and gifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly store sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating an excellent knowledge of our products as well as the history of our store
  • Capture meaningful customer data (CRM) for the purpose of establishing relationships with the client for further growth
  • Have the ability to discuss and advise clients on luxury products with passion for jewelry and home products
  • Work as a team player in an intimate environment with fellow colleagues, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment
  • Continue to uphold the visual display of cases and items in store to uphold the high visual standards
  • Contribute to the daily operations of the store including daily chores of light cleaning, dusting, watering plants and maintaining customer call backs, along with many other daily routines in running the shop
  • Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and merchandise
  • Follow all other company policies and procedures

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of luxury sales experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual store results and build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills and with the ability to stay organized with follow up and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Accuracy and attention to detail needed
  • Ability to occasionally work in the shop alone with the break being taken in store
  • Ability to work a schedule based on business needs which includes occasional evening events and ability to work at lease one weekend day

We are searching for an additional sales person and key holder to run the daily aspects of a small shop and business. The initial focus is on customer service, maintaining the shop and sales.
