Position Summary: We are seeking motivated individuals to fill roles within our Management Team, including positions such as Assistant Manager in Training, Manager in Training, or Store Manager following a shadowing period. With 65 locations across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana, we offer numerous opportunities for advancement in the Chicagoland area.
Compensation: Management team members can earn a total compensation ranging from $50,000 to $70,000, depending on the specific role, along with unlimited career growth potential. Our team environment fosters personal development and a shared commitment to outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources: Ensure all staff are knowledgeable about product offerings and deliver exceptional customer service. Foster a collaborative work environment through effective communication and emotional intelligence. Maintain appropriate staffing levels and supervise employee tasks to enhance store operations.
- Store Operations: Manage inventory levels to meet customer demands while adhering to budget constraints. Control expenses and ensure compliance with company policies regarding store operations.
- Sales & Account Management: Support the development of new accounts and enhance sales through targeted initiatives. Communicate store goals effectively to all personnel.
- Financial Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, utilizing business reports to identify opportunities for sales and expense control.
- Customer Focus: Address customer concerns efficiently and assist customers professionally upon their arrival in the store. Maintain the store's appearance and ensure all equipment is in optimal condition.

Qualifications:
- A two or four-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Strong financial planning and management skills.

- Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work an average of 45-50 hours per week.
