Job Description: Desert Orthopedics Center is looking to add a physician liaison to our growing team Our ideal candidate is dependable, organized and has excellent communication skills. This is an in person position with majority of the role being face to face interaction.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • In person referral visits.
  • Provider specific marketing.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with reps and referring providers.
  • Setting up and coordinating events, coffee / breakfast, lunches, dinners etc.
  • Constant Contact - (Digital Email Marketing Platform).
  • Ordering and creating marketing materials.
  • Creating and managing eventbrite and evite.

Qualifications:

  • Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities, ability to work independently, and possess good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Preferred but NOT required: medical office marketing experience
  • Communicates in a factual, polite, and professional manner
  • You are people-focused with a willing and helpful attitude
  • Proficient in excel, adobe, outlook, word etc.

  • All offices are following CDC and State Health Department Guidelines for mask wearing and social distancing for patients, employees, and providers.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location: We have three offices that you will rotate based off need / events etc. The Arrowhead office is where 80% of your time will be spent.
