Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process residential and commercial work orders for energy efficiency programs.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Verify customer eligibility and ensure accurate incentive processing.
- Utilize Salesforce and other systems to track progress and maintain data integrity.
- Participate in pilot programs and support additional projects during downtime.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with CRS systems and Bluebeam.
- Strong data entry and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume work orders in a shared queue environment.
- Familiarity with PDF handling, scanning, and document management.
Work Environment:
- Highly collaborative team with a mix of independent and team-based tasks.
- Standard work hours between 6 AM and 6 PM.
- 100% remote work Monday through Thursday, with in-office attendance on Fridays.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, shared queue environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
- Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team within a corporate setting.
- Utility industry experience, especially with rebate processing, is preferred.
