Customer Service Sales Associate

Blaine Window Hardware is a distributor of window hardware and other products such as screens and toilet partitions. A successful candidate must have the ability to listen to customers and offer the correct solution to their needs. This is done through the phone and computer. We sell in all 50 states as well as some international customers. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and perform the job with the highest level of integrity. This is a problem-solving job that is more than just taking a customer’s orders.

Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties

· Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.

· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

· Reach out to customer leads

· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedules

· Continuously improve through feedback

General/Other Responsibilities and Duties

· Proficient Computer knowledge required – will need to learn our proprietary software on the AS400

Job Qualifications:

· Must be detail oriented

· Proven work experience in customer service

· Prioritizing, time management, good communication and organizational skills required

· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

· Works in an office

· Frequently sits and/or stands for long periods of time

· Frequently speaks, reads, writes, and uses a computer

This is a Full-Time position (37.5 hours) - Monday – Friday from 8 – 4. This is an hourly position with full company benefits.
