Customer Success Manager / SMB Sales
What does a great Customer Success Manager/SMB Sales do at Fiserv?
You will be the lead relationship person providing strategic and consultative management for a portfolio of existing clients. As a CSM specializing in Software As A Solution and Value Added Services, you will play a vital role in our mission to support and guide SMBs in achieving their core business objectives. You will establish and nurture relationships with our SMB clients, understanding their unique business needs, and offering tailored SaaS and VAS solutions to help them succeed.
What You Will Do
Identify opportunities for SaaS and VAS solutions that align with the clients' core business objectives.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing customers by educating customers on products, services, and solutions, highlighting how they solve customer problems to drive growth and efficiency.
Drive revenue growth by upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the portfolio of solutions within your assigned SMB accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring that clients have a seamless experience with our solutions. Offer training and guidance on product usage to optimize their business processes.
What You Will Need To Have
Have prioexperience in sales/account management functions with demonstrated success against quota assignments.
Experience in solution selling.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with key decision makers gaining trusted advisor status.
High school graduate/GED
What Would Be Great To Have
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Experience with SaaS and VAS solution selling
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
A customer-centric approach and a passion for helping SMBs succeed
