Our company (confidential) provides a platform that supports timely and accurate radiology interpretations and veterinary practice scaleup solutions across the US. This position is to lead our global operations.

Summary of Position:

The Radiology Operations Manager plans, organizes, and supports the smooth running of the daily operations of Vet clinics around the country with multi-modality diagnostic imaging interpretations using a staff of board-certified radiologists. This is a leadership position, responsible for planning, staffing, performance management, communication, compliance with standards and regulations, customer service, and quality initiatives. You will be the brand ambassador for our firm and lead a team that will be expected to uphold our mission and values and provide inputs to the C-suite on continuous organizational improvement.

Qualifications:

· Experience working in the veterinary radiology business, know the needs of vet clinics.

· Sound analytical ability, excellent judgment and strong operational focus.

· Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interacts effectively with veterinarians, radiologists, operations staff at Vet clinics, and the back-office software team.

· Exemplary communication and task prioritization skills.

· Exhibit a ‘customer-first’ DNA and a spirit of delighting busy Vets and Vet clinic staff.

· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

· Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and Internet. Ability to learn software workflow (we will provide the required training).
