Stratus Building Solutions of Oklahoma is expanding and looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Support Manager. This individual should be highly organized, responsible and able to perform a variety of administrative and business development tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapid-growing environment. A successful Business Support Manger should be team oriented, have the initiative to take charge without being asked, ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations, continuous social media presence and engagement, as well as ongoing improvement and growth of our offices. For the right person, this position has the ability to grow in responsibility and professional advancement.

* Able to work Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm or 10 am - 6 pm

* No nights or weekends

* Relaxed work environment

Duties: (will be explained in detail during interview process)

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from team members
  • Drive brand and company awareness through routine social media activities
  • Plan and/or lead meetings and franchise development sessions
  • Give presentations to potential unit franchise owners
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Data Entry of all service transactions in our proprietary software, while maintaining our digital filing system
  • Maintain office policies and procedures, contact lists, supplies inventory
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Provide general customer service and support to visitors, franchise owners, clients and vendors.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Works closely with the Business Development Team, Franchise Business Consulting Team, and the Executive Team in all matters affecting accounts or franchisees.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Executive Team.
  • Assist with all Master owned Stratus regional offices.

Skills Needed:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in both English & Spanish --> This is non-negotiable. If you are not bilingual please do not apply.
  • Communication Skills: Including both written and speaking proficiency in both languages.
  • Service Oriented: Actively looks for ways to help people, willing to collaborate, and happy to assist others. Also not afraid to ask for assistance when necessary to ensure duty completion.
  • Reliable and hardworking with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Show exceptional talent for using your time, energy and resources in an effective way in order to complete and achieve tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong Multitasking Skills: Demonstrate superb ability for coordinating multiple projects based on priority, can easily maneuver between them to ensure full completion.
  • Time Management Skills: Display excellent capacity for managing one's own time in order to meet deadlines
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Intermediate computer skills including the ability to navigate the internet, email, Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Meets, Docs, Sheets, etc.), as well as social media platforms.
  • Social Media: Create creative content and post on all our social media platforms to increase brand awareness within our communities and promote community engagement.
