We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Account Manager.  This candidate will be responsible for earning new business and maintaining relationships post-sale in a given territory.  A critical function of the Account Manager is ensuring consistent communications with clients by understanding the client's needs, business, and goals for the future.

What a day in the life of a Perfectress Account Manager looks like:

  • Manage customer accounts by tracking & increasing sales of individual salons within the territory assigned to you.
  • Effectively and independently resolve customer issues that may arise.
  • Maintain existing accounts by offering incentive and promotions.
  • Provide EXCELLENT customer service and phone support for any questions or concerns customers may have.
  • Deliver exceptional support to our partnered distributors and their sales consultants.
  • Follow-up with hot leads, generate sales reports and other administrative tasks as assigned.

What we expect from qualified candidates:

  • Must be able to work full time 10:00AM - 6PM at our Cherry Hill, NJ location.
  • Has minimum 5 years sales experience (beauty industry preferred)
  • Has minimum 2 years’ experience in a client services role (beauty industry preferred)
  • Possess comfort and confidence leading client meetings.
  • Possess exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding the Hair Extensions industry is a PLUS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce CRM Experience
  • Experience in a quota carrying role.
  • Strong leadership & problem-solving skills.
  • Be flexible and independent working in a fast-paced environment.

What qualified candidates can expect from Perfectress:

A competitive base salary plus commission as well as a great benefits package.  Salary: $50,000 per year plus commission if sales KPIs are met. (You will be managing a territory of $300,000+ in sales and will receive 10% commission if sales KPIs are met.)

Salary:  From $50,000 per year plus commission.  Pay is commensurate with sales experience.
