We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing various technical projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders while managing project risks. Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them
  • Assign and monitor project tasks to team members, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve project issues and risks, employing appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Evaluate project performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain alignment with goals and objectives
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones
  • Foster positive and productive relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in project management and technology implementation

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical project management, leading successful implementation of complex technology projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred
  • Flexibility to travel if required, based on project needs
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate team members to achieve project goals
