We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CPQ Technical Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to join our team.

 

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions for enterprise-level clients. Business improvement, analysis help guide to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce.

 

You will play a key role in architecting complex CPQ solutions and providing technical leadership to our development team. Document and analyze requirements around business challenges and then produce date-driven solutions.

 

Responsibilities

 

- Communicating with stakeholders and gathering requirements

- Documenting and analyzing business Challenges

- Producing data driven solutions

- Developing strategies and implementing changes for Salesforce CRM System.

- Lead the design and development of Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet the specific business requirements of our clients.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.

- Architect scalable and maintainable CPQ solutions using Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.

- Customize and configure Salesforce CPQ to automate complex pricing calculations, discounting rules, and product bundling strategies.

- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party applications using APIs and middleware.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them on best practices and implementation strategies.

- Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of CPQ solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce CPQ features, releases, and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance CPQ implementations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development with a focus on Salesforce CPQ.

- Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex Salesforce CPQ solutions for enterprise clients.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II are required.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including data modeling, process automation, and integration.

- Expertise in Salesforce CPQ declarative tools (Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Lightning) and programmatic languages (Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
