This role assists the Manager with documentation maintenance/adherence standards, training records, process implementation, vendor/supplier approval and interaction, process improvements, and internal audits including scheduling and tracking. Review customer surveys, feedback, and verify customer focus is met and also assist with QMS corrective action process, review, and implementation. Administrative office general office tasks are also part of the job.
- AA degree from a 2 yr college or technical school or a combination of 6 months+ experience/related training in a manufacturing/aerospace or related industry; or a combination of education and Administrative experience in a manufacturing/aerospace, or related industry
- MS Office proficiency with high level of Excel skills including formulas.. Strong working knowledge of ISO/ASO9100 and Nadcap standards strongly desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mathematical skills for all units of measure, common fraction, and percentages
- ERP, MRP, or QMS software experience a plus
7:30am-4pm, some overtime, M-F.
Reliability and dependability if important.
