LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Medical Admin for our healthcare client located in Santa Maria. This will be a full-time, 100% onsite opportunity and a contract-to-hire role. 

This position will be focused on providing outstanding service to our client's patients by warmly greeting and checking patients in/out, assisting with registration, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, and assisting with referrals and prior authorizations. Interested candidates must be bilingual English/Spanish in order to be considered. 

Requirements 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required 
  • Minimum 2 years healthcare administrative experience, especially insurance verification, required 
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License 
  • Proficient in EMR Systems and Microsoft Office 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
Skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in person and over the phone
  • Able to multitask and prioritize throughout the day 
  • Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines as needed 
  • Ability to provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients and internal staff 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required 
  • Can work well in a fast-paced environment and work well independently 


Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
