**Salary:** $50K – 60K+ per year, depending on experience

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will involve developing graphics for email marketing, product development, web management, and basic IT tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and a basic understanding of tobacco products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Email Marketing Graphics:**
- Design engaging and visually appealing email templates and graphics for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
2. **Product Development:**
- Create graphics for new product launches, including packaging, labels, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the product development team to produce high-quality visuals that meet brand standards.
3. **Web Management:**
- Update and maintain the company’s website, including design and layout improvements.
- Ensure all web content is visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
4. **Basic IT Work:**
- Assist with basic IT tasks, including troubleshooting minor technical issues and providing support to staff.
- Collaborate with IT consultants to address any technical needs or challenges.
5. **Additional Duties:**
- Develop graphics for social media, print advertisements, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Stay updated with design trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of visual communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing email marketing, product development, and web design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web management.
- Familiarity with tobacco products is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn about the tobacco industry is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
