We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Retail Property Manager to oversee an intown retail portfolio.  Excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation and excellence.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing retail properties, possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be a sharp, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.  Living in the in-town area is highly preferred to ensure ease of accessibility and familiarity with the local market.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of retail properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value, occupancy rates, and revenue.
  • Handle all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, vendor management, and financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with all local regulations and property standards.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for each property.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contractors and service agreements.
  • Implement and oversee marketing initiatives to enhance property visibility and appeal.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in property management, with a strong background in managing retail properties.  Experience with in-town properties a real plus.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and improving retail property portfolios.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to  build rapport and foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local real market trends and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Certification in properties management (e.g., CPM, RPA) is a plus.
