Qualifications:
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing residents
- Availability for Overnight Shifts
- Apartment or hotel experience is a plus
- Ability to answer a multi-line phone system and keep your cool; treating each resident and caller with respect and patience

- Outgoing and friendly personality
