CSR Client Relations Representative

Department: Customer Service

Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour based on experience. Eligible for a bonus structure that adds $1.25 to $3.13 per hour.

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CSR Client Relations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fully committed to a career in customer service and sales, without other career aspirations that may lead to attrition. This position offers opportunities for growth and career advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and accept inbound calls with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Handle multiple accounts of current and previous customers (no cold calling required).
  • Understand and effectively communicate company capabilities and service offerings to clients.
  • Assist Sales, Marketing, and Operations with specified needs as required.
  • Maintain customer files, including invoices.
  • Perform additional duties as required or requested.

Work Environment:

  • Position involves extended periods of sitting while working at a computer and occasional bending to file documents.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales/CSR role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Has a sales/CSR background with a drive for sales and account management.
  • Is eager to grow and advance in the sales field.
  • Can navigate a multi-window-based environment effectively.
  • Has good organizational skills and provides a high level of customer service.

  • Is not engaged in other educational pursuits or career paths.
  • Is willing to eventually learn purchasing invoicing and other tasks.
