Education Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual: Spanish - Preferred
Department: Customer Service
Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour based on experience. Eligible for a bonus structure that adds $1.25 to $3.13 per hour.
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CSR Client Relations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fully committed to a career in customer service and sales, without other career aspirations that may lead to attrition. This position offers opportunities for growth and career advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and accept inbound calls with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Handle multiple accounts of current and previous customers (no cold calling required).
- Understand and effectively communicate company capabilities and service offerings to clients.
- Assist Sales, Marketing, and Operations with specified needs as required.
- Maintain customer files, including invoices.
- Perform additional duties as required or requested.
Work Environment:
- Position involves extended periods of sitting while working at a computer and occasional bending to file documents.
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales/CSR role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a sales/CSR background with a drive for sales and account management.
- Is eager to grow and advance in the sales field.
- Can navigate a multi-window-based environment effectively.
- Has good organizational skills and provides a high level of customer service.
- Is focused, eager to learn, and avoids office drama.
- Has a confident yet approachable personality.
- Is not engaged in other educational pursuits or career paths.
- Is willing to eventually learn purchasing invoicing and other tasks.
