Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Responsible for achieving membership and supplementary sales goals during each shift.
  • Ability to identify the most suitable products and services, presenting options confidently.
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor towards all community members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally.
  • Excellent listening skills, capable of empathizing and resolving issues effectively.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Frequent verbal communication in person and over the phone is required.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs may be necessary.
  • Exposure to potentially hazardous materials may occur during shifts.
