We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Carpenter to join our General Contracting company specializing in frame to finish carpentry. The majority of projects are located in Boston and Metro Boston areas. The Company headquarters is located in Billerica, MA. Responsibilities:
Perform all frame to finish carpentry duties.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and identify areas for improvement.
Manage and troubleshoot any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on finish carpentry and structural framing.
Basic Hand tools, Mitre Saw, Table Saw etc.
Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
Valid CSL preferred but not required
In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them on-site.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
