Job Summary

As a skilled Master Carpenter and Locksmith, you will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing walls and partitions, including drywall, wallpaper, millwork/molding, and faux finishing. You will also install and repair finishes, such as laminates, and perform rough-in framing for doors, frames, windows, and cabinetry.

Key Responsibilities

Build, install, and repair walls and partitions, including drywall, wallpaper, millwork/molding, and faux finishing.
Install and repair finishes, such as laminates.
Perform rough-in framing for doors, frames, windows, and cabinetry.
Repair, maintain, and construct wood structures such as partitions, doors, furniture, and similar items throughout the property.
Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.

Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Ability to move up and down a ladder.
