Construction Project Manager /Estimator: Get Pro Painting in Livonia MI for 25+ years with construction projects throughout Metro Detroit.

SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from estimating to project management
  • Allocate resources & estimate for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, insurance adjusters, engineers, clients, and Xactimate.
  • Negotiate with contractors or insurance adjusters to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or estimator
  • Familiarity with construction management software or estimating ie. Xactimate
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Current valid drivers’ license and the ability to operate motor vehicles

Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements

  • At times; lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
  • Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
  • Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
