Classique Creations has been manufacturing high-quality bridal jewelry in midtown Manhattan for more than 20 years with a client base of independent jewelry stores throughout the country. We offer our clients a diverse line of engagement rings and wedding bands, as well as custom design work. We have a wonderful team of talented individuals who are focused on providing best-in-class service and are looking to add a bright and driven individual with strong project management skills to support our growing business.

This position is integral to our daily operations and requires excellent communication skills and a strong sense of urgency. In this role, the right candidate will ensure the smooth execution of all orders and thus must be proactive, highly responsible, organized, and capable of multi-tasking. We are looking for someone with demonstrated leadership skills who will take ownership of the entire order fulfillment process from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow for the CAD team, prioritizing orders/quotes based on ship dates, complexity, and other business needs
  • Check special orders for accuracy, communicating with Customer Service team regarding order changes or clarifications
  • Create and correct Bills of Material in our system, ensuring pricing is accurate
  • Track order issues to see if there are patterns in the types of problems certain styles encounter throughout the production process, quickly getting to the root cause and developing corrective action plans
  • Keep the CAD library organized and ensure the right files are printed to fulfill orders
  • Run and maintain our 3D printers on a daily basis
  • Clean and prepare waxes on a daily basis
  • Communicate with management to improve processes and procedures as needed

Skills

  • Must be computer savvy
  • Excellent Excel skills –ability to use formulas and pivot tables a huge plus
  • Previous office/product development/manufacturing experience is not strictly required, but we prefer someone with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
