Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development of prototype products, monitoring the overall development process, and acting as a point person on development details with vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development of prototype products, ensuring timely execution and quality standards.
  • Monitor the overall development process for product lines, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor partners, communicating development details and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Create and update seasonal composite sheets and classification charts, facilitating effective communication with vendors, production, technical, and merchandising teams.
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure timely updates, utilizing composites as a communication tool with vendors, production, technical, and merchandising teams.
  • Track development progress to ensure execution within timeframes, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
  • Communicate design development details to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Typically reports to the Product Development Manager, with no direct reports.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience, along with 1-5 years of product design/development experience.
