Job Description: Landbird is seeking a diligent and proactive Fleet Coordinator specializing in mobile cleaning operations for our fleet of 15-passenger vans and 3-row SUVs. This role is critical in ensuring our vehicles are in top condition, clean, and ready for our customers. The Fleet Coordinator will manage the fleet in Northern MA, Southern NH, and Southern ME, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Fleet Management: Oversee the fleet of 15-passenger vans and 3-row SUVs parked in surface parking lots across Northern MA, Southern NH, and Southern ME.
- Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the vehicles to check for any damage or maintenance issues.
- Cleaning: Perform both interior and exterior cleaning of the vehicles, ensuring they are spotless and presentable for customers.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with the Waltham, MA-based Operations Manager to report on fleet status, damages, and any other issues requiring attention.
- Mobile Operations: Utilize a company van outfitted with all necessary cleaning gear to travel to different fleet locations and perform your duties efficiently.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Customer Service mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
