Are you looking for a job as a bookkeeper? We have the perfect opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team at our tire and wheel store in Deland, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for handling bookkeeping duties and providing friendly, excellent customer service to our clients. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry, we want to hear from you. Full-time position with excellent salary. The hours are Monday through Saturday.
**Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper and Service Writer**
As a bookkeeper and service writer at our tire and wheel store, you will have a variety of responsibilities. Some of the key duties include:
- Managing financial records and transactions
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Compiling staff hours and calling in weekly payroll of the staff and filing monthly sales tax payments
- Greeting and Providing exceptional customer service to new and previous customers
- Sales Ability
- Assisting customers with their tire and wheel needs
- Managing inventory and assisting in ordering supplies
- Supporting the overall operation of the store
**Qualifications for the Position**
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in bookkeeping and customer service. Some of the qualifications we are looking for include:
