Location: Greenville, DE, 19807 (onsite)

Duration: 9-Months-Contract 

Pay Range is $22/hr to $25/hr. on W2 

Job Description:

  • The Specialist, Wealth Management Advisory Program Support, will play a key role in supporting over 800 external Investment Advisors within the Consulting Group division of Wealth Management.
  • This role involves setting up and maintaining data feeds, onboarding new users, reviewing user entitlements, and assisting with oversight functions for the Separately Managed Account (SMA) and Unified Managed Account (UMA) programs.
  • The Specialist will act as an intermediary between Financial Advisors and external Investment Advisors, ensuring effective communication of policies and procedures.
  • The role also involves maintaining a proprietary database, managing the quarterly manager profile/survey process, and aggregating performance data for various investment products within Wealth Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train new Investment Advisors on Client support applications, including trading, corporate actions, and operational activities.
  • Onboard new external users to Client proprietary applications.
  • Communicate policies and procedures between Investment Advisors, the support desk, and Financial Advisors.
  • Set up products for use within the Wealth Management Advisory program.
  • Assist in testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for system enhancements utilized by Investment Advisors.
  • Facilitate daily downloads for Investment Advisors to support reconciliation processes.
  • Monitor daily reports to provide oversight of the SMA program.
  • Act as a liaison between external Investment Advisors and the Corporate Action department for reorganizational offers.
  • Maintain and update an internal proprietary database used for generating manager profiles and performance metrics within the Advisory platform.
  • Collect survey responses from Investment Advisors quarterly and generate performance profiles.
  • Provide quarterly oversight for the posting and validation of manager profiles.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong team player with a self-motivated attitude, capable of prioritizing tasks and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact cohesively with all levels of personnel, both within and outside the firm.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Commitment to staying current on all policy and procedural changes.
