Beck Oil, Inc. is hiring for a Commercial Account Representative to join our team in the Inland Empire

This position will be hybrid role, with up to 50% travel within the Inland Empire, and reporting to our Victorville office at least once a week. Only candidates who currently reside in the Inland Empire will be considered.

Position Overview:
The Commercial Account Representative is responsible for maximizing and growing Beck Oil’s Commercial market share, profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Commercial Account Representative will maintain and grow customer relationships and technical fulfillment of products and services by executing strategies for growth, customer retention, competitive displacement, and customer satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday through Friday; 7:30am to 4:00pm; May vary based on business needs.

Daily Tasks and Duties:

  • Manage and grow “assigned” Commercial accounts.
  • Grow Commercial business. (Bobtail, Lubes)
  • Initiates contact with new and prospective clients. Working with management, prepares and presents proposals. Closes the proposal by scheduling appointments, creating presentations, understanding account requirements, and building rapport.
  • Updates existing clients on new products, services and offerings.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, resolvesissues and complaints.
  • Audits his/her client files to maintain accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborates internally with multiple departments including Operations, Credit & Management.
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitors activities.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role or related experience as an account representative.
  • 4 years of experience in account management with a minimum of 2-year account management in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history and reliable vehicle.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communications and effective customer relations skills.
  • Self-starter able to work independently.

Pay: $70,000+ a year (Depending on Experience)

Commission: Monthly commission structure (TBD)
