Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization's mission, vision, and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new and departing employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead and coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEOC requirements.
  • Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Oversee employee relations activities, including employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and communication strategies.
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect in the workplace.
  • Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

To qualify for this role you must meet the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management roles, with at least 5 of experience in a leadership position.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
