Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Emerald Search Partners is assisting a boutique personal injury law firm in their search for a skilled Litigation Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join their team (4283). Duties include scheduling depositions, preparing correspondence, drafting legal documents, electronic court filing, and other administrative tasks. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of litigation experience including a background in civil litigation, outstanding attention to detail and a high level of organization, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems, as well as the ability to learn paralegal duties.
