About the Role:
This position is designed for a knowledgeable Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of personal injury law and demonstrate a strong commitment to client advocacy. You will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that contribute to the success of our personal injury department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver thorough paralegal assistance to attorneys handling personal injury litigation.
  • Prepare legal documents including pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials.
  • Conduct detailed legal research to aid in case development.
  • Oversee the discovery process, ensuring timely responses and organization of materials.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant court regulations and procedures.
  • Utilize electronic filing systems for effective case management.
  • Engage in clear communication with clients, opposing parties, and court officials.
  • Support attorneys during trial preparations and proceedings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in personal injury litigation.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil litigation processes, particularly in plaintiff personal injury.
  • Exceptional legal writing abilities with a focus on drafting various legal documents.
  • Strong familiarity with court procedures in both state and federal jurisdictions.
  • Experience in all stages of the discovery process.
  • Proficient in conducting comprehensive legal research.
  • Familiarity with electronic filing systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and legal professionals.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in plaintiff personal injury cases is highly advantageous.
