Pay Range: $50-58/hour Based on DOE
Brief Summary:
We're looking for someone to join our Instructional Design team who is creative with a passion for developing interactive and engaging eLearning and instructor-led experiences. Our team is looking for support in enhancing our existing content with gamification and interaction as well as in creating supplemental materials to ensure our trainers are top-tier.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively within the team and with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and deliverables.
- Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing content to identify the most appropriate content enhancements to support the audience and learning objectives.
- Design and develop content using Instructional Design best practices that engage learners with each other and with the content through interactivity and gamification.
- Be open to feedback throughout the design process to ensure that deliverables meet the team’s high bar.
Requirements:
- Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Instructional Design authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
- Experience with Vyond animation software or a similar product.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
- They will be organized, creative, and a problem solver with a passion for helping people learn and feel connected to company culture.
