Our busy and highly accredited Travel Agency is seeking a qualified Data Entry Assistant to support our Quality Control Team. This is an in-office position with Part-time hours is Temporary with the option of moving into permanent at our Hoffman Estates Office.
Hours would be Monday -Friday 10am -2pm
Qualifications
· Highly dependable
· Great attention to detail
· Strong computer skills
· Ability to learn our CRM
· Strong proofreading skills
· Dedicated work ethic
· Comfortable working in a professional office setting
Benefits
· Pay: $18-$20 per hour
· Expected hours: 20-25 per week
Responsibilities
- Enter data to record sales in our CRM (Client Relationship Management system)
- Quality control on all electronic reservation invoices
- Skilled in editing invoices to correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Posting payments to reservations as needed
- Email invoices to clients
- Create passwords for new travel advisors
- Reset passwords as needed
- Additional clerical and administrative tasks as needed
