BRIO Senior Project Managers are critical team members who ensure that our standards are upheld and clearly defined throughout the entire process of each project's development and execution. They collaborate with clients, developers, department heads, other project managers, and the leadership team to oversee every aspect of the projects to which they are assigned.

Successful candidates for this role must have experience with:

  • Managing large, complex technical / digital projects, such as web apps, websites, data migrations, or custom software.
  • Managing multiple projects at the same time.
  • Working directly with clients in an agency-like environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor high priority, high complexity projects with the development team and leadership to make sure they can be completed on time, ensure they’re meeting quality targets, client expectations, and come in on budget.
  • Anticipate and strategically plan for problems and risks that may arise throughout the duration of the project.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with active projects.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
  • Coordinate all project related communication.
  • Create user guides and User Acceptance Testing documentation.
  • Manage and verify feedback from User Acceptance Testing.
  • Contribute to sales planning and support the creation of work orders and change requests.
  • Mentor and train other members of the Project Management team.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Other Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project Management or relevant experience.
  • Clear understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable with Jira and other project management software.
  • Capable of risk management and quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Understand and utilize cloud, web, and mobile technologies.
  • Detailed knowledge of the software development process.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Scrum Master Certification is a bonus.
