Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Business Transformation (BOT) project in a global retail environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs and will be responsible for managing the project plan, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage the project plan, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with local country leadership and global programme leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Resource Management: Define and manage programme resources required for project deliverables.
  • Business Transformation: Lead the day-to-day management to deliver a successful implementation on time, on budget, and agreed quality as per go-live exit criteria.
  • Change Management: Manage the business transformation to ensure business operational readiness to receive BOT, including change, comms, and training for local country.
  • SI Delivery and Challenge: Manage SI delivery and challenge when appropriate.
  • Governance and Compliance: Flag any potential deviations from agreed timelines or quality levels as per the Governance.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs (min. 10 years).
  • SAP Implementation Experience: Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation within last 3 years.
  • SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba: Must have experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba.
  • Global Business Transformation: Experience in global business transformation and change management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management across all levels.
  • Formal Project Manager Qualification: Formal Project Manager qualification (e.g. PMP, Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent).
