Peachtree City, GA based Executive Recruiting firm specializing in the construction industry is seeking a part-time Recruiting Researcher/ Administrator/Marketing Assistant.

 

This is mostly a remote position. For the first 4 months you will need to be in the office 2- 3 days/week for training. After that you can work remotely full-time. Set your own schedule. The days and hours you work are at your discretion.

 

Responsibilities

  • Post job descriptions on career websites, job boards and social media sites
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Evaluate and screen resumes.
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
  • Utilize recruiting tools and networking strategies to create and maintain an active database of prospective candidates and clients.
  • Create email and social media campaigns for candidate recruitment and attracting clients.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Investigate & make recommendations on new technologies and methods to identify and recruit qualified candidates.
  • Write and distribute an engaging monthly newsletter for clients and candidates.


Requirements

  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and construction terminology is a plus.
  • Strong social media skills and experience in social media campaigns and content creation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PCRecruiter (CRM) and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
  • When working remotely, you must have your own personal computer to access the company’s network and cloud-based software programs and dependable, stable, internet at your remote location.
  • You must live within 30 miles of Peachtree City, Georgia. Working at the office 2 -3 times a week for the first 4 months for training purposes will be required.

· This position is part-time with flexible work hours. Work hours will fluctuate from 15 – 20 hours/week. You must be able to work at least 15 hours/week and at least 3 days each week for a minimum of 3 hours on the days you work. When working remotely, the days and at what time you work will be at your discretion. When working at the office you must be in the office for at least 3 hours 2-3 days/week during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM .

  • This position pays $15 - $18/hour, depending on experience. This position does not include any healthcare or retirement benefits.
