Duties:
- Assist demand writers in preparing and finalizing demand packages for personal injury cases.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately labeled and easily accessible.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and insurance companies regarding case status updates and document requests.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in a legal or personal injury setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
